Think you need to be a runner or a gym regular to take part? Not with this one. 

Curl Rox is a beginner-friendly, women-only hybrid fitness race designed for anyone who wants to move, sweat, have fun and experience something completely different.

No previous running experience.
No gym experience.
No fitness background required.

Just show up, give it your best and unlock your goodies as you go.

**THE RACE FORMAT**

Start with a 320 m run, then:

1. Row — 500 m to unlock: Tote Bag

320 m Run

2. Weighted Lunges — 40 m to unlock: Shampoo

320 m Run

3. SkiErg — 500 m to unlock: Conditioner

320 m Run

4. Burpees — 20 reps to unlock: Leave-In Conditioner

320 m Run → Finish

Complete every station and take home all your unlocked XO Curls goodies.
