Stride Social — Stride Run Club

There's no joining fee
All fitness levels and abilities are welcome
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes during the run
The run is guided and will include warm-up and cool down segments
We try to run as a loose group, but you're free to walk or run at your own pace
You have the option of covering 2.5 km, 5 km or 10 km
Respect other runners and their personal boundaries. Encourage each other to keep moving
Carry your own water bottles
If you suffer from any medical conditions, consult a physician before attending the run
Take care of your belongings
We take photos and video clips for social media, to inspire others to run with us, and catalogue our journey. Smile through the sweat. :)
