## About

Your first 5K is better with a buddy!

Join Stride Run Club and Shokz for The Buddy Run, a community running experience designed to help beginners complete their first 5K with the support of an experienced runner.

Here's how it works: experienced runners from Stride Run Club are paired with beginners to run alongside them, help set a comfortable pace, and guide them through the warm-up, run, and cooldown.

### Eligibility:
- Beginner runners who've never completed a 5 km run.
- Age, gender, and other identities are not a bar.

### What's in store?
- A beginner-friendly 5K with an experienced running buddy
- Guided warm-up, pacing support, and cooldown
- A chance to meet fellow runners and make new connections
- An opportunity to try Shokz open-ear headphones before the run
- Post-run breakfast and fresh juice at the store

### Want to win a pair of Shokz?
Here's your chance!

1. Follow @ShokzIndia, @triathletehub, and @stride_runclub_bengaluru on Instagram.
2. Create a reel sharing your POV from the run day and tag all three accounts.
3. The reel with the most likes by **12 PM on Monday, 2 November** wins a pair of Shokz!

You can also win Shokz through contests at the store on the day of the event.

**A few things to know:**
- Buddy pairs will be assigned randomly by Stride Run Club.
- Expert guides are selected by Stride Run Club by invitation.

See you at the start line!
